sudo: /etc/sudoers.d/$user is owned by uid 1000, should be 0 (create_file) - sudoers script

When executing the sudoers script I get the following warning sudo: /etc/sudoers.d/$user is owned by uid 1000, should be 0 (create_file).
In my opinion this is not necessary because the sudoers file is created successfully.
